DRIVING
Cleveland Hopkins is 13 miles southwest of downtown. The trip takes about 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

PARKING
Cheapest: The Economy Shuttle Parking Lot across from the Sheraton has an introductory offer of $7 a day, including a free newspaper and bottle of water. Parking in the Long-term Garage is $10/day.
Most convenient: Daily parking in the short-term area is $14. The first 30 minutes are free. Each garage is connected by a bridge to the terminal.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Train: The cheapest way to travel between the airport and downtown Cleveland is the RTA Red Line train, which costs $1.75 and runs every 15 minutes. It leaves from the lower level of the main terminal. A trip to Tower City Station downtown takes less than 30 minutes.
Cab: A taxi to downtown Cleveland costs about $25.

RENTAL CARS
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty serve the airport. Take the free shuttle outside Door #5 on the baggage claim level to the rental car facility. The ride takes 5 to 7 minutes.

Traveler assistance: Volunteers wearing gold jackets are situated throughout the airport to help passengers. An information desk is located in the main terminal between the Southwest Airlines ticket counter and security checkpoint B. Call (216) 265-6030.

ATMs: There are eight ATMs in the airport, in concourses A, B, C and D, the PlazaShops shopping area, the rental car facility, and the parking bridge between the terminal and parking garage.
Stamps: Can be purchased at all ATMs and a self-service machine in the PlazaShops area.
Wi-Fi: Wireless Internet access is available throughout the airport. Two hours of service runs $2.99.
