DRIVING
The airport is five miles from downtown Phoenix, 13 miles from Scottsdale and 148 miles from Flagstaff.
Passenger pick-up: Drivers picking up passengers can wait in their vehicles free of charge in the Stage & Go Lot. An electronic flight information board displays flight and arrival information. The lot is west of the Terminal 2 parking garage, across the street from the Executive Terminal.
PARKING
Cheapest: Daily parking is $8 in the more remote east and west economy lots; the east lot also has garages for $10 a day.
Most convenient: Each terminal has a dedicated parking garage nearby with short-term parking for $3 per hour and daily parking for $20.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Mass transit: Valley Metro's Red Line and No. 13 buses serve the airport. The one-way fare is $1.25.
Shuttle: SuperShuttle offers scheduled airport-to-door service 24 hours a day. Rates for shared van service are about $10 to downtown, $12 to Tempe and $16 to Scottsdale. Call (602) 244-9000. More shuttle information.
Cab: Fares to downtown Phoenix are about $16.
Courtesy: Many hotels and resorts provide free pick-up service for their patrons. Check with your place of accommodation for more information; a courtesy phone center is located adjacent to the baggage claim areas.

Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Beverly Hills, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, E-Z, Fox, Hertz, National, Payless and Thrifty have counters at the Rental Car Center located off Sky Harbor Circle North.
GETTING AROUND THE AIRPORT

A free shuttle bus takes passengers between terminals and to PHX parking lots.

Wi-Fi: Free wireless Internet service is available throughout the airport.
Lost and found: Annex building between terminals 2 and 3. Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call (602) 273-3307.
Airport information: Volunteer "Navigators" in purple shirts or blazers can help with questions and directions.
Dog park: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport offers two convenient places where passengers traveling with their animals can give them a restroom and water break. The "Bone Yard" is located at Terminal 4, outside of the baggage claim level on the west end. The "Paw Pad" is a fenced area with water spigots and bowls, âœmutt mittsâ for cleaning up after a pet and, of course, a red fire hydrant.
Travelers Aid offers assistance to passengers in need -- including children, senior citizens, runaways and the disabled -- from the airport chapel in Terminal 4.
