Check-in procedures

All passengers must check-in and check baggage at least three hours before and no later than 40 minutes before scheduled departure.

Passengers are encouraged to become familiar with general security procedures.

Frequent-flier program

In Uzbekistan Airways' free Uz Air Plus program, passengers earn points for every kilometer flown on the airline. Points can then be redeemed for free tickets and class upgrades.

Carry-on  policy

Passengers can carry-on one piece of luggage free of charge, as long as it weighs no more than 11 lbs (5 kg) and exceeds no more than 43 in (110 cm) in total length.

In-flight meal options

It is generally requested that passengers make special meal requests at the time they book their flight, but can be made up to 24 hours before departure. Meal options include Muslim, kosher and vegetarian as well as other choices.

Unaccompanied children

Unaccompanied children are allowed, but passengers must make arrangements with Uzbekistan Airways regarding unaccompanied children before departure.

Pets

The country of Uzbekistan prohibits pigeons. A veterinarian health certificate that bears seal of the local Board of Health must accompany all pets brought into the country. It cannot be issued more than 10 days before arrival into the country.
