LA PAZ WATERFALLS GARDENS FROM SAN JOSE
At
La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park and Wildlife Refuge, we will
discover one of the world’s largest butterfly farm and observatory.
There you will observe 22 different butterfly species at their natural
habitat as well as learn about their intriguing metamorphosis cycle. In
addition, see a fascinating hummingbird garden with 24 different
species, a frog pond with nocturnal, diurnal and poisonous frogs, a
serpentarium with 30 of the most beautiful snakes of the country, and
an orquid garden that contains our national flower. Next, have lunch at “La Casita Tipica”, a traditional house where the lifestyle of 100 years ago can be admired.
