You will be picked up from your hotel in Panama City at 8:00 am. After a 2 hour drive we take a tour of the property and have lunch. The first Geotour will be along the Sendero Rojo - the Red Trail. The walk takes about two hours. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the hammocks on the terrace, watching birds such as toucans and hummingbirds and enjoying the sunset.

Dinner & breakfast included.

Walk the Waterfall Trail through the forest, across streams, through hanging vines, past exotic trees of majestic size, until we reach the crystal-clear waters of the waterfall.

You´ll have the chance to see electric blue or transparent pink butterflies, brilliantly colored frogs, and the prints of some of the forests animals. The trip takes three and a half hours, including time to bathe at the waterfall. Lunch will be in the lodge. We will depart for Panama arriving in the city around 5:15 pm.

This is an outdoor activity in the tropics, light clothes, swimming suit, insect repellent, hat, sunscreen and very comfortable shoes are suggested. Camera in a plastic bag (to protect it from the water).
