Departure from Quito through The Panamericana South Highway, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the place, we will visit the Saquisilí market (Thursdays only) where native people of the region exhibit and sell their handicrafts. Continuing, we will arrive at the impressive active volcano Cotopaxi (5.897 m. High). During our stay at the National Park we will visit the natural environment of the place, its animals and plants, and stop at Limpiopungo lake.

Depending on the weather conditions we can ascend to the parking area of the Cotopaxi National Park and we can admire the environment. Furthermore we will visit a typical hacienda of the region where animals and traditions of the region can be appreciated. We will then return to Quito, where lunch will be served at the hacienda.

Entrance to the Cotopaxi National Park is not included.
